To qualify for a full refund, the item must remain unused and in its original condition. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Refund Process:

In the rare instance of receiving a damaged or defective product, please email a photo of the item to support@cozyzone.com.au along with your order details. We'll assess the situation and provide you with a return address and a free return label via email. Refund Approval:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll send you an email confirming its arrival and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within the timeframe determined by your bank or card issuer. Return Shipping:

Refunds may take up to 10 Business days from the receipt of returned products to process and return funds to you.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns. Cozy Zone will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items. Refund Exclusions:

Certain items are non-refundable, such as gift cards and custom-made products. Refunds will not be issued for products showing signs of use, damage, or wear not attributed to transportation. Please note that a 15% restocking/admin fee (refund does not include initial shipping) may be applied to certain returns to cover administrative costs, inspection, repackaging, and potential depreciation of the item's value. This fee reflects our commitment to fair pricing and encourages thoughtful purchasing decisions.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to cancel an order before it's dispatched. We offer an immediate refund for orders canceled due to a change of mind prior to shipment. However, please note that all processing fees associated with the transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.

These processing fees include charges levied by payment processors such as banks or PayPal. As a small business, we're unable to absorb these costs, and it's essential to clarify that these charges are not reimbursed to us by the financial institutions involved.

      3. Once received and inspected, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed within 10 business days.
