We deliver to addresses within Australia only.

Dispatch Time: Delivery time commences once payments are cleared, and items are dispatched from our warehouse. Typically, this occurs within 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared payment.

Shipping Delivery Times:

We aim to deliver your order within 2-14 days, depending on your location within Australia. Delivery times may vary based on your state and shipping conditions. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
During the off-season, the estimated delivery time frames are as follows:

For customers in Victoria: approximately 2-8 working days.
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: approximately 5-10 working days.
For customers in WA, NT, and TAS: approximately 7-14 working days.
During the peak season, the estimated delivery time frames are as follows:

For customers in Victoria: approximately 8-13 working days.
For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: approximately 10-15 working days.
For customers in WA, NT, and TAS: approximately 12-19 working days.
Order Processing Time:
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

We offer estimated shipping times only supplied to us by the shipping companies. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods, but in good faith we will communicate with the supplier and/or shipping company on your behalf to rectify any issues.
